PassLink provides a secure way to share sensitive information through encrypted, self-destructing links. We use end-to-end encryption with zero-knowledge architecture.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use PassLink for:
- Illegal activities or content
- Malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Harassment, threats, or harmful content
- Copyright infringement
- Spam or automated abuse
No Guarantee of Delivery
While we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee that every secret will be successfully delivered. Secrets may fail due to:
- Expiration before viewing
- Technical issues
- Invalid or corrupted links
Always confirm receipt of critical information through other means.
Limitation of Liability
PassLink is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or secrets
- Unauthorized access (if you share a link insecurely)
- Service interruptions
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Sharing links securely
- Choosing appropriate expiration times
- Using password protection when necessary
- Ensuring your content complies with laws
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
